Financial Policy

Deposits for classes reserve you a seat in the class, which in kind denies other students the opportunity to attend that class. Deposits are accepted in the order in which they are received. If a class if filled before your deposit is recorded it will be returned.

Deposits for Instructor classes may be transferred once to another class within one year of the original class date provided notice is given and approved at least 72 hours before the date of the class.

Deposits are non-refundable except according to the following notification schedule:

Notification more than 6 days before the class: 100% refundable*
Notification 3-6 days before the class: 50% refundable*
Notification less than 3 days or no show: Not refundable*

Class tuition is due at the start of class. Tuition is not refundable if class can not be completed or the student fails to pass the course. Full class tuition paid in advance is refundable if cancellation notification is received prior to the start of class subject to the deposit policy.


*Deposits paid by credit card where a refund is requested more than 60 days after the deposit is sent will incur a 3% service fee.
